STATUTORY RIGHTS---The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
PRODUCT AVAILIBILITY---It is important to note that information about our products does not amount to an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. Rather, it is an invitation to you to make us an offer to purchase that product on that basis, therefore references to "orders" placed by customers are deemed to be references to offers by such customers to purchase the relevant product from us. Although we will endeavour to supply you with the item requested, on occasions we may be unable to fulfil an order. In this instance, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as is practicably possible. Product images displayed on the website may on occasions differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to changes in manufacturing process, or packaging and or availability.
PRICE----The prices quoted throughout our website are inclusive of IRISH VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. There may be occasions when prices are incorrectly quoted, or when a price change occurs at short notice as a result of circumstances outside our control. Should this occur you will be informed of the correct price by email or telephone as soon as possible, and after this contact you can cancel your order or any part of your order. Deliveries to non-European countries of orders may be liable to duties or taxes, or both on arrival of goods, and you will be liable for all these should they occur.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER---If after we (fightlord.com) have accepted an order from you (acceptance will be communicated via e-mail on receipt of your order ) and you then wish to withdraw from the contract, you may inform us of this decision to withdraw within two working days of our acceptance of your order. If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. It is absolutely imperative that you notify us within 5 working days of your receipt of goods ordered from us. Provided the goods are returned to us in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall refund you the monies you paid for those goods.
RETURNS---www.fightlord.com offers a full refund/exchange on all goods on our website, excluding under-shorts, sports bras, groin guards and mouth guards that you may be dissatisfied with. Defective items may be returned for refund or exchange, provided that they are received by us within 10 working days of the original delivery date. Goods to be returned must be in a saleable condition that is unused, unworn, unwashed or soiled or damaged in any way and any tags still in place. Please include a written note ----Stating your name, your postal address, your e-mail address and also a contact number. Please, also include order reference the reason for return and what refund or exchange that you require. We reserve the right to consider the overall condition of the returned product prior to making a refund. Fightlord reserve the right to change styles and colours, so an exchange item may not always be possible to supply. However this would be communicated to you should the situation occur. We will notify you by e-mail on receipt of your returned goods, and then again as your request is being processed. You will need to pay the total cost of returning goods to us, unless the goods are defective. Proof of return and proof of postage will be required should an item be lost in transit. Neither refunds nor replacements can be made until such proof is provided. We strongly recommend that you get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send goods back to us. All refunds are applied to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified.
Refunds will be furnished within 14 days of the agreement to refund. If you have requested a refund, or replacement (see product availability) of a lower value than to the goods returned, a refund of the balance will be credited to the card used to pay for the original order. We will keep you informed as soon as the refund has been processed. Should you request replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

DELIVERY---Subject to credit clearance and availability of stock, we will despatch your order out within 5 workings days by registered post or by courier who have online tracking facilities. If for any reason there is a problem with the despatch of your order we will notify you promptly.
